Great customer service

A small order was lost in the mail. The order was redone and shipped within a day or two. Ironically both the lost order and the replacement order arrived in the mail the same day. I wasn't charged for the replacement order despite having received both orders.

Excellent problem solving

My order for five engraved plates got lost by the post service. After two weeks I had gotten got no tracking updates other than the initial "shipment label generated". I emailed June and she immediately had five replacement plates made and shipped. Ironically both the initial shipment and the replacements arrived on the same day.

Plates a Plenty

Each year for the past two years I've been making 12-20 award plaques for attendees at USS Conserver ship reunions. Their online ordering is fine for one or two brass plates but I usually order 6-8 different plates in multiple quantities.
