Shipping Information
Production Time
All products are made-to-order. Production usually takes 2 business days before shipment.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after production
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days after production (additional cost)
- Next day air (UPS or FedEx): next day after production (additional cost)
- Tracking information is provided for all orders
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. For bulk orders, contact us directly for a shipping quote.
Returns & Exchanges
Custom Products
Since all products are fully customized, we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or with errors, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
