Welcome to the EnM Engraving FAQ page. Here you'll find answers to common questions about our custom engraved nameplates, badges, and industrial tags.


Ordering Questions

How do I place a custom order?

Simply choose the product you want from our collections, select your size, material, finish, mounting, and corner style, add your engraving text, and add it to your cart. For detailed instructions, see our How to Order page.

Can I order in bulk?

Yes! For bulk orders, please contact us directly via our Contact Us page to discuss pricing, production time, and shipping options.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Because all items are made-to-order, changes cannot be made once production begins. Please contact us immediately if you need to modify your order; we will do our best to accommodate you before production starts. Please include the order number in your email to us.

Do you offer proofs?

Yes, we do offer proofs for approval before engraving. You may enter "send proof for approval" in the "Special Instruction" field when placing order.

Can you do custom logos/artworks?

Yes, we can do custom logos or artworks. There is a one-time setup fee for $8.99. You may use the same logo in the future free of charge.

I am a repeat customer. Are you able to design my new order identical to my previous plates?

Yes, we keep a copy of the files used for all previous orders. Please mention your previous order number in the "Provide order #" field when placing your new order. We'll then be able to locate the file for your previous order and design your new one using the same template.

Do I have to enter customization information on your website?

No, you do not have to use our website to place orders.
If you are ordering a large number of nameplates with different text, entering the information on our website can be cumbersome and prone to errors. You may send us an email with detailed instructions. We'll then send you an invoice with a payment link.


Product Questions

What materials do you use?

We offer a variety of metals and finishes including Satin Brass, Polished Brass, Satin Nickel Silver, Polished Nickel Silver, Satin Copper, Black Brass, Maroon Brass, and Black Aluminum. For more details, visit our Materials & Finishes guide.

What sizes are available?

Size options vary by product. Rectangular nameplates range from 1.5”–10” width and 3/8”–4” height. Memorial and decorative plates vary slightly. Check each product page for exact dimensions.

Do you offer pre-made designs?

All products are fully customizable, but we offer templates and decorative options on certain collections to make your design easier.


Shipping & Returns Questions

How long does shipping take?

All items are made-to-order. Production takes X business days, plus shipping time. Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days. For details, see our Shipping & Returns page.

Can I return a custom engraved product?

Because all products are custom, we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage. Please contact us within 7 days if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. For special requests, please contact us.


Payment

Can I use credit card to checkout?

Yes; through the checkout you can pay with all major credit cards and PayPal.

Is my payment information secure and confidential?

Yes; all payment are processed by Shopify. which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a security standard for organizations that handle credit and debit card information. The standard was created to increase controls around payment data to reduce fraud. Additionally, since we do not handle payment, we do not need to know and do not save your payment information.

Tax Exempt?

Our website will not charge tax if you are outside of Texas. If your company is located in Texas and Tax Exempt (or government, non-profit, etc.) please email us your tax exemption information and be sure to have a registered account on our website and we will set your account so that no tax is charged.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Gift packaging is available for select products. Please check the product page or contact us for options.
