How to Order

Step 1: Choose Your Product

Start by browsing the collection that best fits your project. Each product page shows the available sizes, finishes, mounting options, and corner styles for that item.

Step 2: Customize Your Product

Select your product options first, then use the design tool to build the exact layout you want.

• Choose Material / Finish: Satin Brass, Polished Brass, Satin Nickel Silver, Polished Nickel Silver, Satin Copper, Black Brass, Maroon Brass, or Black Aluminum.
• Select Mounting Option: 3M Adhesive, 2 Hole Screws, 4 Corner Screws, or None.
• Pick Corner Style: Square, Notched, Rounded, Scallop, or Chamfer when available.

What the design tool lets you do

• See a live preview of your engraving as you type.
• Adjust fonts and layout for a more polished final result.
• Add clipart or symbols when the product supports them.
• Review your design before checkout so you can confirm the final proof.

Repeat customer or customers who want us to design for you: First enter your engraving text in the design tool, then include your special instructions, such as previous order information in the "Prefer having us design for you? Enter instructions below." field. This tells our team to use your earlier design setup or design for you.

Step 3: Review & Add to Cart

Before you place the item in your cart, take a final moment to review the details that matter most.

• Size, material, mounting option, and corner style
• Spelling, spacing, and overall engraving layout
• Any special instructions you want our engraver to follow

Choose how you want to continue

• ADD TO CART & GO TO CHECKOUT — adds the item to your cart and takes you directly there. A preview image of your customized item is shown for final confirmation.
• ADD TO CART & DESIGN ANOTHER — adds the item to your cart without leaving the page, so you can quickly update the design and create another version.

Step 4: Checkout

Proceed from your cart to checkout, enter your shipping and payment information, and review the order one last time before submitting it. Once complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Step 5: Production & Shipping

Every product is made to order. Production typically takes 2 business days, followed by shipping time. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Tips for a Smooth Order

• Keep engraving text concise for the cleanest, most readable result.
• Use the design tool when you want precise layout control or a visual proof before ordering.
• If you ordered through the new customizer before, look for the "Reorder from This Design" button to start from your previous layout.
