The engraving and product was great, shipping was a little misleading. I paid for what I thought was 3 business day USPS shipping that turned into about 8 days. Also my label was 10" long and packed in a soft envelop with card board taped around the plate. It was bent upon arrival. I was still able to use it, but it would have been easier if it were straight.
It was just what I asked for.
Received exactly what was ordered.
Looks great, exactly as expected
My item was delivered exactly as ordered. Very nice!
The item was perfect as ordered and have been the others I have purchased from EnM Engraving.
My overall experience with this company was excellent as it always has been!
The entire process was relatively seamless from start to finish. I got exactly what I was looking for. I wanted some custom name plates to commemorate some sports keepsakes I have, and they made it easy. The only part I’d recommend improving is offering some sort of preview for what the finished product should look like, I did have to go to another company‘s website to do that on my own. Other than that, these plates came in exactly as I had hoped they would.
A local sign shop took two weeks to make me two nameplates that were crooked and looked like stickers were placed on a brass colored background. I emailed EnM Engraving my custom artwork for two 1.25 x 9 nameplates on a Tuesday evening. I received instructions on placing the order within 10 minutes, and I immediately placed the order by paying online with regular shipping. I received it in the mail three days later, a Friday. To protect it from damage it was sealed in a plastic sleeve, and encased in a cardboard sleeve. The nameplates looked beautiful and they fit the slots in the building lobby's directory.
Looks great on my Father’s shadow box for service in WW II!
I wanted the nameplate to look like one that I had for years. June contacted me. I provided a photo of it and explained how I wanted it done. A few days later, she sent me a proof of the nameplate. The proof looked great, but the actual item looks even better. It matches the one I had perfectly! I'm very happy with it. Great quality. Great customer service. Fast delivery. Thank you!
The company’s website was very easy to use and the plates were perfect.
Great. No issues once I had figured the ordering process.
Product arrived as promised. But honestly, the customer service made the transaction! Worked with June who was so helpful and returned emails very quickly!
The little plaque for my late husband's flag case was beautiful and perfect. I highly recommend these folks!
All items were just perfect for my pets memorial. No problems and good quality.
I recently purchased a name plate for a memorial picture. When I received the name plate there was a minor issue with the wording. I emailed EnM Engraving and told them about the issue with the name plate. I also asked for a font change as well. I received a response back quickly and a new name plate was mailed out a few days later. When I received the new name plate it was more than I could asked for. It was a nice touch to the memorial picture that is now hanging in our house. Thank you EnM Engraving for your awesome customer service and great product.
Great, however ordering multiple plates on line was tricky.... should be a little easier..... I almost gave up and ordered elsewhere.
Ordering was easy, communication good, delivery timely and product high quality. No complaints.
Engraving was perfect and delivery was days ahead of estimated!
