What do you offer?
We specialize in custom engraved brass and aluminum nameplates. We serve companies, governments, nonprofits, municipalities and individuals by producing plaques, plates, signs, name badges, and nameplates.We also offer blanks that can be engraved by our customers.

How is the order shipped?
We send all packages via U.S. Postal Service using First Class or Priority services. Transit time will be 4-6 business days for First Class and 2-3 business days for Priority. When selecting shipping service during checkout, the time shown is the transit time. Please allow 2 business days for custom plate design and engraving.
Expedited shipping using USPS/UPS/FedEx is available; please write to us at enmengraving@gmail.com before you place the order.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship only to the United StatesCan I get a tracking number?
Yes, all shipments are sent with tracking and you will be sent an email with the tracking number when the package is shipped.Returns or Problems
What is your return policy?
All engraved plates are non returnable. If there's any problem or defect, we can fix the issue free of charge if we made the mistake. Contact us with any product defects or quality problems.Payment
Can I use credit card to checkout?
Yes; through the checkout you can pay with all major credit cards and PayPal.Is my payment information secure and confidential?
Yes; all payment are processed by Shopify. which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a security standard for organizations that handle credit and debit card information. The standard was created to increase controls around payment data to reduce fraud. Additionally, since we do not handle payment, we do not need to know and do not save your payment information.Tax Exempt?
Our website will not charge tax if you are outside of Texas. If your company is located in Texas and Tax Exempt (or government, non-profit, etc.) please email us your tax exemption information and be sure to have a registered account on our website and we will set your account so that no tax is charged.The Process & Products
Do you offer proofs?
Yes, we do offer proofs for approval before engraving. You may enter "send proof for approval" in the "Special Instruction" field when placing order.Can you do custom logos/artworks?
Yes, we can do custom logos or artworks. There is a on-time setup fee for $8.99. You may use the same logo in the future free of charge.I am a repeat customer. Are you able to design my new order identical to my previous plates?
Yes, we keep a copy of the files used for all previous orders. Please mention your previous order number in the "Provide order #" field when placing your new order. We'll then be able to locate the file for your previous order and design your new one using the same template.Do I have to enter customization information on your website?
No, you do not have to use our website to place orders.If you are ordering a large number of nameplates with different text, entering the information on our website can be cumbersome and prone to errors. You may send us an email with detailed instructions. We'll then send you an invoice with a payment link.
How long does it take to engrave my plates?
Your item will ship to you within 2 business days. The size, type of material, and customization will determine the time it takes to do the actual work.Can I specify a font that you don't carry?
Yes; we only listed out the most popular font styles. Chances are that we do have the one you prefer. Just enter the name of the font in the "Special Instruction" field.I have some very peculiar requirement on the layout of the plate. How to communicate this?

We provide square, rounded, notched, chamfer and scallop corner shapes for all plates with heights >=0.75". For 0.5" plates, we offer square, rounded and scallop.What mounting options do you offer?
- None: this is the default option.
- 3M Adhesive: 100% coverage of 3M adhesive. Good for mounting onto flat surface. No for rugged surfaces such as stones, bricks, cement, etc.
- 2 holes with matching screws: two holes on each side with matching screws
- 4 holes with matching screws: four holes at each corner with matching screws
