I've used EnM Engraving for the award plaques that I make for my USS Conserver reunions. Five years or more and they've made a mistake. Their solid brass plates are excellent as opposed to others that use brass plated aluminum. I've retired from making the rewards but I've highly recommended you to the shipmate who is taking other. Experience was decent. Screws are so small they are almost hard to work with. Would recommend a slightly larger size.

Your engraving was great. I’m a brass and oak person, I make oak boxes and like how brass pairs with that. I’d appreciate brass plates with a little more thickness, maybe 18 or 16 gauge. Either way for the longer plates the four holes in the corner don’t allow for the plate to lie flat so I had to drill extra holes to make the plate lie flat, you should, as an option, make more holes available on the menu. Your hardware (screws) are brass plated steel, steel and oak don’t play well as the acid in the oak causes the steel to “rust” and over time discoloring the oak. Solid brass screws as an option would be nice also. Thanks I’ll buy your product again. AT

My wife died in January 2023 and was cremated. I made the container from limbs I trimmed off the magnolia tree in our backyard, her favorite tree and I needed a plate for the front of it. EnM Engraving expedited shipping and got the perfect brass plate to me before the day of her service. Expert craftsmanship, great customer service, and compassion, too. Excellent. EnM Engraving has been making 10-20 nameplates for award plaques that I make for the USS Conserver ARS-39 annual reunions for a number of years. The nameplates are always perfect and arrive in a timely manner. I've never had any issues.

We loved the plate but we are located by the Gulf of Mexico and the lettering shows patina around the edges in green. We need to find something to better withstand the salty sea air.
