Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 
Personalized Items: If we make a mistake on a personalized product, we will send a free replacement. However, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for errors made by the customer. 
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you if your refund is approved or rejected. 
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.

Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns.
Deductions: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total.
